The following term’s and condition’s apply to customers purchasing from the Chic 2 Chic website.

Please note we only send deliveries to home and business addresses and not post office boxes, third party international shipping companies or freight forwarding companies.

The Chic 2 Chic website only includes the cost of the item and postage/shipping.

Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of the delivery, international customers are responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time the order arrives at it’s destination.

At Chic 2 Chic we want you to have a great shopping experience from start to finish both in our boutique on Eton High Street and the online boutique.

We do have a refund policy on our website only, any items brought in store can not be returned.

If you are returning online item’s it is at your own cost as long as the following guidelines are adhered to:-

Returned within 7 days of the dispatched date

Security tag and label are intact and not been tampered with.

If both these criteria's are meet we will be happy to offer the following options:-

Exchange for another item in our Eton Boutique or on our Chic 2 Chic website.

Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Any items returned after 7 days will not be refunded as the seller will have been paid.

Please note refunds will be issued at the full amount minus shipping cost.

We only have one of each item in stock, if an item is sold online we reserve the right to honour the in store sale and will not fulfil the online order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Chic 2 Chic reserves the right not to fulfil any order we believe to be fraudulent or if a pricing error has occurred.

Chic 2 Chic is an agent and any excess of the ultimate selling price over and above the price agreed with the owner is retained by Chic 2 Chic as commission, at no point is title transferred to Chic 2 Chic but remains with the owner through out.

All items will be wrapped and packaged to a high standard.

Chic2Chic is a Preloved Couture Boutique. We showcase new and nearly new designer and high-end high street ladies clothing, bags, shoes, hats and accessories. We also hire hats for all occasions.

All items must be in immaculate condition.

Our terms for showcasing an item are as follows:

We showcase clothing for 8 weeks.

Week 1 - 8    50% to the client 50% C2C

High-end designer bags we showcase for 10 weeks

Weeks 1 - 5    60% to the client 40% to C2C

Weeks 6 - 10. 50% to the client 50% to C2C

Items of exceptional value i.e Chanel, Hermes handbags can be negotiated. 

If your items are not sold within the given time frame you will have 10 days to collect them.

If the items are not picked up within the 10 days Chic2Chic reserves the right to further reduce the price. The client will receive 25% of the sale, 40% if it is  a designer bag.

Or the items will be donated to charity

By choosing to showcase your items with Chic2Chic you do so at your own risk of loss, damage or theft at its Boutique at 30b High Street, Eton SL4 6AB

Email photo’s specifying brands and sizing to saraanneperry74@icloud.com, then an appointment can be made for you bring your items in or you can post them to us.

Please do not send items through the post or bring them to the boutique unless we have agreed to sell them on your behalf.

No items will go on sale until sale prices have been agreed.

AUTHENTICATION

It is against the law to sell fake goods, at Chic 2 Chic we take this extremely seriously.

Each item is inspected before it is listed on the website and in store 

Authentication Costs

All goods cost £45 except Hermes £125

You will be responsible for collection or return shipping of any unsold items
